The project works with sustainable growth in small rural communities. Its goals are threefold:
- improve the circular food economy and increase the value of local food products
- produce an analysis of energy access and study ways to add value in areas where there is no stable access to sustainable energy
- develop a roadmap for circular food economy and value creation for food products from sparsely populated areas
