As part of the joint Nordic pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, NORA was asked to use its Arctic Young Chef initiative to introduce visitors to the region’s food culture and sustainable foodsystems. Our participation marked an important international recognition of our work with sustainability, innovation and local resources. Our activities in connection with Expo 2025 included a masterclass at Tsuji Culinary Institute, the largest culinary school in Japan. Our participation created new opportunities for international partnerships.
