NORA was asked to use its Arctic Young Chef initiative to introduce visitors to the region’s foodculture and sustainable food systems at the Expo 2025 world’s fair in Osaka. The initiative features young chefs preparing meals made with local ingredients, and preparations required frequent Zoom meetings with our Japanese partners and the assistance of interpreters in the Faroe Islands.
